Anthropometric Database of Thai Population        The anthropometric database of Thai population is developed from the Handbook Anthropometric Data of Thai Population published by the Thai Industrial Standards Institute (TISI), based on the anthropometric survey conducted during 1993-1994. Two private organizations, Thai Wacoal Co. and Thanulux Co., also participated in that survey. It shows the summary of the data from 3,821 girls (ages between 1-16); 3,202 boys (ages between 1-16); 5,845 adult females (ages between 17-49); and 4,151 adult males (ages between 17-49). The database is developed according to the recommendations given by the international organization for standardization (ISO). Each picture that is shown on the screen is intended to show how the dimension is defined. The gender of the model does not indicate that the data belongs to that gender group.
